Old farm house refurbishing with a new Contemporary Architecture Design. The project introduces a swimming-pool and sets a two stage schedulle for the whole process. Stage one sees the main house refurbished to accomodate the property owners, later, the ruined side constructions footprint will be used to expand the main dwelling into a two floor dwelling. This project stand both on National Agricultural and National Ecological Reservations and as a result, special features had to be included into the layout.
